Home Helper — frequently asked
- How many hours does a full home need?
- As a rough guide, a 2BHK is usually 4 to 5 hours and a 3BHK 6 to 8. Pick the higher end for a home that has not been deep-cleaned recently — you can always extend from the session screen if it runs over.
- Do I need to supply anything?
- Yes — detergent, floor cleaner, cloths, a mop and a bucket. Tell your helper in the chat beforehand if you would rather they use a specific product.
- Can I ask for particular rooms only?
- Yes. Send the list in the booking chat before they arrive so they can plan the time. If it is only the bathrooms, book the Bathroom Deep Scrub instead.
- Do I have to be home the whole time?
- Only at the start, to share the start code. After that it is up to you, though staying reachable on chat helps if something needs a decision.
