- Gas lines and sealed water heatersGas pipe work and sealed geyser units are not touched — those need the manufacturer or a licensed gas fitter.
- Borewell, sump, tank and drainage mainsMotor, pump, overhead tank and building main drainage work is outside the scope of a home visit.
- Sewage clean-upHandling raw sewage is a biohazard job and is not undertaken.

If your job needs a spare, your plumber sends the item and the price in the booking chat. Nothing is bought and nothing reaches your bill until you approve it. Never hand over cash directly.

- How many hours should I book?
- Most single faults — a dripping tap, a blocked basin, a running cistern — are done inside an hour. Book two if there is more than one problem, and extend from the session screen if it runs over.
- Who pays for the parts?
- You do, and only after approving the price in the chat. The booking price covers your plumber's time, not materials.
- What if it cannot be fixed on the day?
- Your plumber will show you what they found and what it needs — a part to order, civil work, or a licensed specialist. You are billed for the time spent diagnosing it.
- Is the repair covered if it fails again?
- There is no separate workmanship warranty on a plumbing visit. If something you have just had fixed fails, raise it in the booking chat or with support and we will look at what happened.
